Free range duck liver pate
with a zesty orange and cointreau glaze served with crostini and orange preserve
Sweet potato falafels
with chick peas, tomato, apricot and spices served with a spicy tomato chutney ( v )
Scottish smoked salmon and cream cheese roulade
with rye bread

Mains

Traditional Hand Carved Turkey and Honey Roast Ham
served with roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, and a rich stock gravy with fresh seasonal vegetables.
Roast Sirloin of Beef with Yorkshire pudding

Salmon and Spinach En croute with a cream and chive sauce
